Julie Lyke teaches a challenging power Vinyasa flow class to all levels of students. She brings with her an enthusiastic, joyful approach to teaching. Her classes focus on proper alignment, flexibility balance, and strength for breath. She enjoys working with both the beginner and advanced yogi.
Julie has been teaching for over twelve years. She began her training at New York Yoga, and she brings elements of her gymnastics and dance background to her classes. Most importantly, she strives to teach a fun, challenging, and safe class so that her students leave feeling empowered!
